Heritage Square North, Unit 2, is a 32.5-acre subdivision located north of the intersection of U.S. Highway 24 and South Port Drive. It is zoned C-5, Highway Service Commercial. The owner is Heritage Capital Investors, Jaime McAtee, managing member.

The owner has petitioned the City for the construction of public improvements including street, sanitary sewer and water.

Budget


Estimated constructions are $1.8 million. Those costs would be paid by benefiting properties through special assessments.
