RFP: Aggieville District Parking Lot Redevelopment
The City of Manhattan, Kansas is seeking proposals for a qualified developer to design, construct, finance, own, and manage a mixed-use development on a 0.87 acre (250’ x150’) parcel currently owned by the City in the heart of Aggieville, an iconic nine-block retail/restaurant/entertainment district adjacent to Kansas State University, Manhattan Christian College.
In 2017, the City adopted the Aggieville Community Vision Plan (ACV),which envisions Aggieville as a vibrant, historic, pedestrian-orientated urban district that offers diverse shopping, dining, entertainment, and residential opportunities to students, visitors and the broader community. This project continues the City’s commitment to Aggieville’s success by supporting revitalization and growth in the district.

Lee Mill Village is a residential development area located in the southwest portion of Manhattan, Kansas.
The area is zoned for duplex or townhome use within the city limits of Manhattan. Utilities, including water and sewer, are in place for each site. A total of 35 lots are available for purchase individually, by group, or as a whole.
The Manhattan Business Park is a 190-acre state-of-the-art development located next to Manhattan Regional Airport. The Business Park offers businesses immediate access to four-lane highways via K-18 and is located just minutes from I-70.
