Virtual Public Hearings

Due to COVID-19, holding in-person board meetings is unworkable. The City will hold upcoming public hearings with City Boards and Committees virtually, using the Zoom Webinar software platform.  Meetings will be televised, as they always have been, on the City’s website and channel 3. If you want to provide testimony during the public hearing of these boards, you will need to register for the specific meeting (see below).  Registration and participation are free and open to the public.  Information on how to provide written testimony, via a phone or on a computer through the Zoom Webinar, is given below.  If you have questions, concerns or need assistance, please feel free to contact the Community Development Department at 785-587-2412 or email us at communitydevelopment@cityofmhk.com.
