CPR Training


The Manhattan Fire Department teaches American Heart Association CPR classes. There are various levels of certification that fit the needs of groups and individuals.

Courses are offered to the both the general public and to healthcare or medical personnel.  They are hands on, in a classroom setting and cover CPR, AED, and first aid for adults, children, and infants.


CPR classes are available on demand for groups of 6-16 individuals. Please click here to submit a request for a group class.

Individuals looking for CPR classes can submit their information to be placed on a list to be contacted for upcoming classes. Register for an upcoming class here.

There is a nominal cost for the class to cover teaching materials and staff time.

    Security Guards
    Fitness Instructors, Personal Trainers
    Anyone who is wanting or needing to know basic CPR with AED (Automated Defibrillator) and first aid, who is NOT a Healthcare Professional.   

    We also offer BLS for Healthcare Providers

  • CPR & First Aid Class will last around 6 hours, or 3 hours individually.
