The City of Manhattan is requesting proposals from qualified organizations for the provision of public service activities through June 30, 2013
Approximately $62,000 will be allocated to the City by the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), through the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) program to fund public services. CDBG public services must exclusively benefit low and moderate income persons, defined by HUD as less than 80% of Riley County Median Family Income.
Public services proposed must either be new activities or expansions of existing activities. Current CDBG public services may also re-apply to continue delivery of services.

Proposal applications are due by 5:00 pm on November 18, 2011 to the Community Development Department, 2nd Floor City Hall.
