One lane of Bluemont Ave near Aggieville will be closed for 12 months

Starting next week, sections of roadway near the new hotel construction at Bluemont Ave and 12th Street will be closed to maintain safety.

Timeline: September 30, 2019 - October 2020

Traffic Impacts: The outside, eastbound lane of Bluemont Avenue between N. Manhattan and 12th Street, will be closed.  The west side of 12th street will be closed between Bluemont Avenue and Moro Street.  12th Street will be one-way southbound during this construction with parking allowed on both sides of 12th Street. No left turns will be allowed from Moro Street to 12th Street. Local business access will be available through the alley and there will be access and egress off Anderson for Starbucks & Coco Bolos.
