Westwood Road closing 1/19/21

1-13-21 PublicNotice-OakClosureMap-01132021

Westwood Road will be closed at Oak Street, near Manhattan High School, for stormwater improvements starting Tuesday, January 19th. The closure is estimated to last for two weeks.  That section of Westwood Road should reopen (weather-permitting) on or before Tuesday, February 2nd.  Westwood Road between Oak Street and Arthur Drive will remain closed for other construction operations.  Please use the designated detour route highlighted in the map below for neighborhood and Sunset Zoo access.

This project will include removal of the existing deficient stormwater infrastructure, construction of new stormwater infrastructure, incidental waterline and sanitary sewer replacement, and pavement replacement.

We ask for your patience while this important work is performed.
