How can I have my special event recognized with a proclamation or presentation?
The mayor makes proclamations for special events and special presentations on behalf of the City. To have these items placed on an agenda, contact the City Clerk's Office (785-587-2407) at least two weeks prior to the meeting date on which you'd like to be recognized. For other mayor appearances, please contact the City Manager's Office at 785-587-2404.
