The City of Manhattan, Kansas is requesting qualification submissions from highly qualified and innovative consultant teams for professional services with expertise in stormwater management and municipal operations. All submissions are due at the office of the Brian D. Johnson, P.E., City Engineer, 1101 Poyntz Avenue, Manhattan, Kansas, until 3:00 p.m., on July 12, 2022. Submissions received after said time will be returned unopened. A detailed list of submission requirements is listed in the Request for Qualifications.
