REQUEST FOR QUALIFICATIONS

The City of Manhattan, Kansas seeks qualification submissions from highly qualified and innovative design teams for municipal engineering services for multiple categories of Civil Engineering and Professional services. There are four categories anticipated to be used in the Engineering On-Call (EOC) services: Water engineering, Wastewater engineering, Stormwater engineering and Transportation engineering. 

Proposals are due at the office of the City Engineer, Public Works Department, 1101 Poyntz Avenue, Manhattan, Kansas, until 3:00 p.m., on Thursday, December 21, 2023. Submissions received after said time will be returned unopened.  A detailed list of submission requirements is listed in the Request for Qualifications.
