The City of Manhattan is requesting proposals for a qualified developer to design, construct, finance, own, and manage a mixed-use development on a 0.87 acre (250’ x150’) parcel currently owned by the City in Aggieville, an iconic nine-block retail/restaurant/entertainment district adjacent to Kansas State University, Manhattan Christian College, City Park, and walkable, high-density residential neighborhoods. Proposals are due at the office of Jason Hilgers, Deputy City Manager, City Hall, 1101 Poyntz Avenue, Manhattan, Kansas, until 4:00 p.m., on Friday, May 7, 2021. All submissions received after said time will be returned unopened. These submissions will be for design-build services for:
